Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are final sale once production has begun. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary slightly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
